Resolving Alerts

After the root cause of an alert has been investigated and the underlying cause has been remedied, a SenseDeep alert may be marked as resolved. This will cause subsequent alerts for the same alarm and resource combination to create a new alert.

If an alert is not resolved after a period of 24 hours, a new alert will be created for the same alarm / resource combination regardless of whether prior alerts have been resolved.
