How quickly will SenseDeep check my cloud configuration?
After creating your account, SenseDeep will immediately start scan your account in all regions. Depending on the scale of your account, this may take a few seconds or a couple of minutes to complete. When complete, you can see the record of the scan under your Alert Scans.
How often will SenseDeep rescan my cloud configuration?
Rather than polling your cloud account, SenseDeep uses CloudWatch events to be informed of changes to your cloud account. This is event-based approach much more efficient than polling and will use fewer cloud API calls.
You can force a manual rescan by editing and then saving a cloud credential Edit Cloud.
How can I change my password?
You can change your login password at: Account Password
How do I cancel my account?
Go to Account Billing and click on the red Close my Account button at the bottom of the page.
